You are cordially invited to a grand celebration of the 80th Anniversary of
the Alpha Zeta Chapter eighty years to the day of the original charter signing. We have a full weekend of activities
so be sure to make your plans now to join us the weekend of October 15th!
The most exciting part of the weekend will be the long overdue initiation of Brother Al Kim who should
have been initiated well over a half century ago, but was unable to due to national policies common among fraternities during
that time. In addition to the initiation, we have several surprises planned for him during the banquet.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet the new colony members who have been working to re-charter at Oregon
State since the spring of 2004 and see the progress that they have made. They are expecting to charter later in the
academic year.

Friday
All day – Arrivals
All day – Tours of Chapter House & Campus
7:00 pm – Alumni Reception at Chapter House
Saturday
11:00 am - BBQ at Chapter House
1:00 pm - Association Ceremony for Al Kim (conducted by colony members)
- open ceremony so spouses can attend
2:00 pm - Initiation practice
2:00 pm - (possible afternoon activity for spouses)
3:00 pm - Initiation of Al Kim
Start of 80th Anniversary Banquet at Corvallis Inn
6:00 pm - Cocktail Hour
7:00 pm - Dinner served
7:30 pm - Program
